Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Assets provide delivery of the public website. Technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested address, transmission status, and browser and device details may arise. The selected appearance may be stored locally in the browser; the website does not use analytics or advertising services.

For invited test access to connected app surfaces, email address, user identifier, invitation and authorization data, sign-in and security events, and test data entered in the application may be processed. Supabase and Supabase Auth are used for authentication and data storage. Where sign-in checks are used, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser, device, connection, and interaction data as well as the verification result.

Processing technical connection data serves the secure and reliable delivery, stability, and protection of the public website; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. For invited test access, processing the stated access and test data serves setup, operation, protection, and support; the legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where access is based on an individual access arrangement, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for abuse prevention and system security. Microsoft 365 is used for email; the contracting party and processor for EEA customers is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. The legal basis for pre-contractual requests is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare, Supabase, Microsoft, and the affiliated companies or subprocessors used receive data only where necessary for the described service. Processing outside the EEA cannot be ruled out; where required, transfers take place under appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is retained only as long as operation, security, handling a request, or legal obligations require. You may use the contact address above for questions or to exercise your data-protection rights.

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have in particular the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and objection (Article 21 GDPR).
